Allotments: Allotments available for rent from Wokingham Borough Council and a number of town and parish councils.
All weather pitches: Available for hire at some parks (see Parks).
BMX park: There is one BMX park in the Borough, located at Vauxhall Drive, Woodley.
Bowling greens: Purpose built facilities for boules.
Cinemas and theatres: There is one cinema and four theatres in the Borough.
Clubs and societies: Data obtained from an audit in July 2007. We cannot guarantee that this data is fully comprehensive.
Cricket pitches: Available for hire at some parks (see Parks).
Equestrian centres: Privately owned centres for horse riding.
Football and rugby pitches: Available at some parks (see Parks).
Golf courses: Hurst Golf Club at Dinton Pastures is owned by the Council. Other golf courses within the Borough are privately managed.
Health and fitness clubs: Gym facilities.
Hockey pitches: Available at some parks (see Parks).
Land and property gazetteer (LPG): The Land and Property Gazetteer (LPG) is the Council's corporate address database. It forms part of a government initiative to standardise addresses across the nation, called the National Land and Property Gazetteer (NLPG).
Leisure centres: The Council owns four leisure centres. For more information, view our leisure facilities webpage.
Multiuse sports pitches: Available at some parks (see Parks).
Museums: There are two museums in the Borough - the Museum of Berkshire Aviation in Woodley, and the REME Museum of Engineering in Arborfield.
Outdoor tennis courts: Tennis courts are available for hire at five locations in the Borough. See the tennis webpages for more information.
Parks: The Council manages a number of parks throughout the Borough, some of which offer playgrounds, sports pitches and tennis courts. Squash courts: Purpose built facilities for playing squash.

Water sports centres: Facilities for watersports including waterskiing, windsurfing and sailing.
